Beet Avocado Salad
Poached red beets with fresh avocado, golden raisins, micro greens, and Stilton cheese served with a honeydew lemonade vinaigrette.

Apple Lemon Basil Scallops*
Pan seared scallops with an Apple Renegade Lemon Pesto.

Fennel Plum Crispy Duck (or chicken)
Rendered duck breast with toasted fennel and plum reduction served with risotto and split asparagus.

Twice Lemonade*
Petite Renegade Lemonade pistachio cake white chocolate ganache and raspberry. Accompanied by miniature lemon and mango curd topped by meringue.
